*Keep in mind, in any circumstance, it is easier for us to help you if you have a receipt. (NO PHOTOS OF RECEIPTS ARE ALLOWED).*

 

In-store purchase:

• All books, course packs, office supplies, clothing, special orders, and miscellaneous items are stricly final sale. Items in PERFECT CONDITION can be exchanged within 10 calendar days of the purchase. 
• For books: If you drop your course, please bring us proof (from the registrar) BEFORE THE LAST DAY OF THE DROP/ADD PERIOD as well as your receipt and we will refund your books IF they are in resellable conditon.

 

Online purchase:

• In every Web Order mailer, there is a physical copy of the receipt in addition to one sent to your e-mail. If you need to refund your items, we would need either the physical or digital receipt.
